Small batch refers to special tobaccos that are only produced in small quantities at Cornell & Diehl.

The origin of this blend lies in the encounter of Cornell & Diehl master blender Jeremy Reeves with a well-aged tin of Dunhill Nightcap from the 1990s.

Jeremy was so impressed that he wanted to realize the strength and complexity of this old tin in his own tobacco.

Eastern North Carolina Red Virginias and Bright Canadian flue-cured from 2017 are used for this. Plus Turkish Izmir from 2018 and Greek Basma from 2019. Of course, Dark Burley, incense-like Turkish Latakia and St. James Perique are also included.

A strong tobacco for English blends with deep, incredible complexity. Jeremy Reeves himself says: "It tastes like the night. It tastes like shadows in the forest"
