Both the Sahara and the Cameroon are made from ash wood from Central America. The wood is particularly light and has an exciting structure. The bowl contains a graphite insert made in Germany. It is made of 100% pressed carbon and complies with the strict requirements of the American FDA.
The insert is fireproof, it heats up slowly and cools down slowly. Very little moisture forms. It is also tasteless and easy to clean. The build-up of a carbon crust is therefore neither possible nor necessary. You can also change the tobacco again and again without having to worry about ghosting (transfer of the taste to the next filling).
