Eine rotbraune Schönheit…

Nach einer Portofino und einer Sierra ist die Terra meine dritte Pfeife der 320 King Size-Serie des italienischen Pfeifenherstellers und tatsächlich meine erste Pfeife mit einem nicht-klassisch schwarzem Mundstück. Zusammen mit dem breiteren Metallring gibt das rotbraune Mundstück der Savinelli Terra den besonderen Pfiff und macht sie zum wahren Hingucker ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zur Qualität der Savinelli-Pfeifen muss man nicht viel sagen: Ausgesuchte Materialien, saubere Verarbeitung und eine angenehme Haptik. Wie man an meiner Portofino (das Modell wird mittlerweile nicht mehr produziert) sehen kann, macht sie das zu einer langjährigen Begleiterin. Auf Grund der nicht ganz geschmacksneutralen Einrauchpaste braucht es aber gut zwei, drei Füllungen bis man sie wirklich liebgewinnt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
