The hand-made long fillers of the Diesel Barrel Aged are creations by A.J. Fernandez. The long fillers mature for five to eight years in former bourbon barrels. These come from the renowned fine distillery "Rabbit Hole" in Louisville Kentucky. Only vintage tobaccos from the three largest growing areas in Nicaragua (Omepete, Condega, Jalapa) are used for the filler blend. The Mexican San Andrés binder is also refined in the barrels. The creation is enclosed in an Ecuador wrapper that has also been matured in the barrel for five years.
