Protection of minors:

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. Satisfaction guarantee

A pipe accompanies us for many years, at best for decades. In order to prevent a bad purchase, you can return unused pipes up to 4 weeks from the invoice date if you do not like them. We bear the return costs.

The satisfaction guarantee is a contractual right of withdrawal, which does not restrict the legal rights (e.g. right of withdrawal). It only applies to shipments within Germany
